October 2025

Research Begins

Started experimenting with 3D/2D generation pipelines to better understand motion control fundamentals and the challenges of directing AI-generated characters.

November 2025

Technology Foundation

Deep study of diffusion models and commercially-safe image generation methods. Developed the core pipeline for producing high-quality, licensable character frames.

December 2025

50-Channel Expression System

Developed comprehensive parametric extraction covering 50 dimensions including head pose, eye gaze, and industry-standard facial blendshapes. Scaled to 153K frames.

January 2026

Production Demo Launch

Launched 153K frame index with real-time query latency (~3ms). Published technical report and interactive demo. Applying for NVIDIA Inception cloud compute grants.

Q1 2026 (Feb–Mar)

Gaze & Expression Perfection

Scale face manifold to 500K+ frames. Perfect sub-degree gaze accuracy and full blendshape coverage. Achieve production-quality eye contact and emotion control.

Q2 2026 (Apr–Jun)

Body Control System

Extend parametric control to full-body poses. Index hand positions, body angles, and gesture keyframes. Enable pose-to-pose animation selection across 1M+ frames.

Q3 2026 (Jul–Sep)

Scene Inpainting Pipeline

Perfect character-to-scene compositing. Develop inpainting system to seamlessly place indexed characters into arbitrary scenes. Complete the input side of the control loop.

Q4 2026 (Oct–Dec)

API Beta Launch

Launch Parametric Selection API in private beta. Enable studios and AI video startups to query the full pipeline: gaze, expression, body, and scene integration.

Founder & Principal Architect

Anthony holds three Bachelor of Science degrees—Computer Science, Graphic Information Technology, and Business Administration—a rare interdisciplinary foundation spanning algorithms, visual systems, and commercial strategy. Professionally, he builds enterprise-scale automation systems and high-volume data pipelines for Fortune 500 clients. He founded Hollywood Reborn after repeatedly hitting the same wall: AI can generate stunning images, but you can't direct them—and you can't verify the output. This project applies the deterministic rigor of enterprise systems to generative AI—solving the parametric control problem with mathematical precision.
